The Bayside Overnight session offers a unique opportunity for players to take their game to the next level. Campers are introduced to ultimate strategy and challenged to push their limits in drills and scrimmages. All coaches at Bayside are college graduates with club-level experience playing and coaching ultimate. Coaches provide high-level instruction and tailored feedback on the field, but also urge players to work on interpersonal skills like communication, conflict resolution, and team goal setting.
When not on the field, campers stay on the beautiful campus of Christchurch School in Saluda, Virginia. Christchurch is along the banks of the Rappahannock River. In the evenings, campers participate in outdoor team bonding activities, disc golf, and a night of glow-in-the-dark frisbee. Players may share rooms in college-style dormitories and eat meals at outdoor seating by the Christchurch’s dining hall—a proper café with salad bar, sandwiches, meat options, and a variety of other healthy choices.
Bayside Overnight is a great opportunity for older players to learn more about ultimate while building stronger social skills in an upbeat, spirited environment.
